Raw HTML object examples
There are many websites that provide snippets of HTML that you can include into your own website. These widgets should work fine with Sandvox as long as the content they provide is no wider than the container page. For example, the sidebar allows objects up to 200 pixels wide, so your HTML would need to fit within 200 pixels.
Some possible ideas:
- From PayPal, a "buy now" or "donate" button
- A Google Gadget such as a search form, video, clock or calendar, driving directions, map, horoscope, to-do list, word of the day, etc.
- Google Adwords or Adsense
- Embed a video from one of the many video services that aren't supported directly from Sandvox, such as Viddler, DailyMotion, Blip.tv, etc.
- Pandora Music List
- Last.fm
- Squidoo Lens
- Weather.com conditions/forecast
